Uleni tepung dg telur, ragi, susu, margarin. Uleni sampai kalis dan ketika ditarik elastis tidak mudah putus, dan tekstur adonan halus elsatis.
Tutup dg kain atau plastik wrap diamkan slm 30 menit.
Tusuk adonan yg mengembang dan bentuk menjadi bulatan2, saya jadi 16 bulatan.
Tiap bulatan di gilas hingga menipis dan lubangi tengahnya, kemudian tutup kembali dg plastik diamkan 15 menit.
Goreng diatas minyak panas dg api kecil, jangan sering membalik, cukup satu kali saja agar tdk banyak menyerap minyak.
Donat menul dan tetap empuk sampai besoknya siap dinikmati dg topping kesukaan di rumah masing2.
