  5. Selagi menunggu donatengembang, siapkan bahan kulit crispy, aduk tepung tepungan dengan kuning telur, lalu tambahkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit, jika dirasa sudah pas hentikan penambahan susu, adonan kulitnya cair dan tidak kental yah.
  6. Celupkan donat ke dalam adonan kulit, bolak balik agar menempel semuanya.
  7. Panaskan minyak dengan api kecil, lalu goreng donat hingga kecoklatan dengan tehnik sekali balik yah mom agar tidak menyerap banyak minyak, kemudian setelah matang angkat dan tiriskan.
  8. Siapkan gula halus di wadah yang ada tutupnya, lalu masukkan donat dan tutup rapat sambil di goyang goyang agar gula menempel sempurna dengan donat.
