  3. Olah jeruk nipis sebanyak 2.

  5. Bunda dapat menyiapkan maizena sebanyak 50 gr.
  6. Siapkan terigu sebanyak 30 gr.
  7. Bunda dapat menyiapkan merica sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
  8. Siapkan wijen putih sebanyak Biji.
  9. Olah Garam sebanyak secukupnya.

  3. Tambah terigu+maizena ke ayam tadi sambil dicubit2 ke ayam biar nempel..
  4. Goreng ayam 2x biar kriuk krenyes. Gorengan pertama sampe ayam agak putih trus angkat dan tiriskan sebentar. Lalu goreng lagi ayam sampe kecoklatan trus angkat..
  5. Aduk saos sambal+gochugaru di wadah terpisah..
  6. Panaskan minyak+margarin. Tambahkan gula pasir lalu masak sampai gula larut. Masukkan saos sambal dan gochugaru yg sudah diaduk tadi. Aduk2 sebentar, jgn terlalu lama gochugaru bisa gosong..
  7. Masukkan ayam ke saos. Aduk2. Taburi biji wijen sbg pelengkap. Ayam siap disantap..
