  1. Air+ fermipan+sedikit gula, biarkan 5-10 menit sampai berbuih.
  2. Siapkan di wadah yg lain,campurkan tepung cakra+gula+air yg sudah dicampur fermipan td, campur hingga setengah kalis.
  3. Terakhir masukkan margarin dan garam, uleni sampai benar-benar kalis (jika sudah kalis adonan elastis dan tidak nempel di wadah).
  4. Bulatkan adonan, simpan di wadah yg ditutup serbet atau plastik wrap, diamkan kurang lebih 1jam hingga mengembang 2x lipatnya.
  5. Kempiskan adonan, mulai dibagi2.. Saya bagi masing2 menjadi 30gr, bulat2/sesuai bentuk yang diinginkan kemudian didiamkan kembali 15 menit dan ditutup kain/ plastik.
  6. Adonan yg sudah dibentuk akan kembali mengembang.. Bentuk benas,, klo tengahnya mau pake isian brrti ga usah dibolongin yaa 😁.
  7. Siapkan penggorengan, goreng satu2 dengan menggunakan api sedang cenderung kecil, usahakan tidak sering dibolak balik, hanya 1 balikan aja.
  8. Angkat, tiriskan.. Siap diberi toping...
