  1. Panaskan butter margarine.
  2. Setelah mencair masukkan susu.
  3. Setelah dingin masukkan 1 butir telur utuh, kocok hingga rata lalu tambahkan gula dan garam.
  4. Tambahkan ragi instan lalu masukkan terigu, aduk hingga rata. Hasil agak sedikit lengket. Setelah rata tutup serbet dan diamkan hingga mengembang 2x lipat sekitar 30 hingga 40 mnt.
  5. Setelah mengembang dua kali lipat kempeskan dan uleni lagi lalu proofing lagi hingga mengembang 2 x lipat.
  6. Setelah mengembang bagi adonan menjadi 16 bagian.
  7. Ambil 1 buah adonan lalu pilin hingga memanjang, setelah memanjang pelintir berlawanan arah lalu satukan dan adonan akan terpelintir sendiri, jika sudah selesai diamkan lagi sekitar 10 menit.
  8. Goreng dalam minyak panas api kecil hingga kuning keemasan, setelah matang masukkan ke toples yg diisi gula lalu kock hingga semua sisinya terlumuri gula. Tp kalo makannya masih entar2 tunggu dingin ya bun kasih gulanya😊.
