DONAT menul step by step

Campur semua bahan A aduk sampai rata sedikit kalis..diamkan kurleb 3-4jam.
Campur ragi dengan sedikit air lalu campur semua bahan B ke adonan A uleni sampai kalis (sy pkai mixer).
Bulatkan dan timbang sesuai selera diamkan kurleb 30 menit (alas diberi tepung biar tdk lengket).
Lubangi donat dengan jari atau spluit diamkan lagi kurleb 30 menit.
Panaskan minyak..goreng donat hanya dgn sekali balik y.
Masukkan donat ke gula halus dan sajikan.
